New gas furnace, hot water and central air. New wiring throughout with plenty of convenience outlets. New doors and dual pane windows with faux blinds. This is a complete freestanding house (not an apartment or a duplex). The backyard is private, has a large covered deck and a garden bed is ready for you to plant veggies or flowers. There is a tone of storage including a full basement with washer and dryer and a small garage. This house is located in midtown in the Wells Historic District. You are just a short walk or bike to cafes, old southwest, Renown or the VA. We do things a little different. Rather than get by on the cheap we invest in our properties and find tenants who are proud to call them home. No hidden charges, sewer and trash are included in the rent.
