    Canary Lane is a two-bedroom, one-bath furnished home just minutes from downtown with great views and lots of open space. The home is about five minutes from Bozeman Deaconess and about ten from downtown or the MSU Campus. This comfortable home offers guests a fully stocked kitchen, an office, WiFi (100+ Mbps Down), a washer and dryer, off-street parking, a fire pit, and more. Garbage, water, snow removal, and WiFi are included. There are mattress and pillow protectors, and plenty of clean linens are provided. We may ask tenants to provide their own linens. Longer-term tenants will need to create their own Northwest Energy Account to pay for gas and electric. The master bedroom offers guests a queen bed. The second bedroom offers guests a full size bed. Both beds feature new Nectar Matresses purchased in October of 2022. The second bedroom also offers a fold out twin with memory foam matress. Guests have access to the home via two private entrances. The French-inspired bathroom features a sit-down tub and shower. Guests will enjoy the view from inside or from the outdoor deck. No pets. No smoking or vaping. No events. No shoes are allowed inside. We would prefer no more than one vehicle. There is a basement apartment. Two MSU Students live here. The owner is an MSU Prof. The tenants are quiet and very respectful. In addition to the rent, there is a $300 Move-out Cleaning Fee. There is also a $250 mid-stay cleaning that is paid by the tenant every 60 days. Renters are encouraged to purchase Renters Insurance. There is a fully refundable security deposit. This home is available for a minimum of a 30-day minimum lease starting December 15, 2022 through September 30, 2023. Someone could rent starting December 15 and move out September 30. Longer-term leases are preferred. Rent includes water, sewer, garbage, WiFi.
