Beautiful house with the decent size maybe 12x12 front screen room the front of the house has a 8x15 koi pond with live fish in it koi goldfish and has live lilies with beautiful flowers the driveway double driveway with a big warning covering the whole driveway the backside screen room is roughly 20 ft by 21 22 ft it's large enough to put six cars in but it's not a garage you possibly could put a garage slide up on it if you chose I had double doors on it a lot of room for anything parties anything the bar that's on the wall in the pictures I made that if you choose to like it I will leave it there and it'll go with the house there's also a wall table and a glass top table with five chairs again if you like it I will leave it it will go with the house there's a few things that I will leave that will go along with the house you have sliding doors to the front porch when you go into the kitchen all redone decent size kitchen a lot of cabinets that go straight to the laundry room which has two newer laundry machines up on a pedestal easy to get at with a lot of storage underneath that was built right there is also the back door or the side door to the side screen room which is 20x22 then you go down the hall to a full bath shower tub for the guest bathroom right next to that is the guest bedroom which is I think 12x15 with a long closet inside big enough for a queen bed and still room for furniture then you go down a little more and that's where you have a large bedroom that's actually an l but the bedroom itself is big enough to hold a king size bed that's in there a full size dresser a Chest and even more can be put in there right to the right side of the bed is a sliding door huge walk-in closet with shelves on the right and shelves all across the top with a lot of hanging room and now the l shape goes right into a double sink hallway into the left is a closet sliding glass doors to another closet which is all hanging and shelves a double sink bottom cabinets gigantic mirror his and her sinks then you get to the door at the end which is a full size large stall shower lot of room in there with built-in seats and a closet for all the bathroom needs I'm leaving my phone number on here you can call me Anytime and ask me any questions about the house and make an appointment to come see it at any time I'm available most of the day all the time My name is Rob Number - 516-673-6989
