About the rooms: We have 1 furnished second bedroom opening right now on 3rd floor. It is $800 which includes utilities, internet and cable. It also has closet and sharing bathroom. The security deposit is $400. All utilities and cable and internet are included in the rent price. About the current housemates:The Deaf owner is very busy professional. Hearing housemate lives in the basement. Other hearing housemate occupies first bedroom on 3rd floor. What we are looking in a housemate: * Has professional job * Can pass background checks * Maintain cleanliness * Pay rent on time. We don't want someone who has PET.
