Owner is not responsible for maintaining either. Owner strongly recommends a tenant insurance policy, but doesn't provide one. No pets allowed. Private Owner who does all of their own maintenance on their properties. Has severe allergies to animals that won't allow for them to be in a property with pets. Therefore, we cannot allow them in the home and still be able to properly maintain it. In the future we MAY be willing to consider a small hypoallergenic dog once the tenant has been with us long enough and we are able to see the property is being maintained. Obviously additional fees will be discussed if that time ever comes. Rent is $2450 a month. Security deposit will start at a minimum of $3,800 and will not exceed $4,900. The owner is willing to discuss a possible payment plan for deposit with the selected tenant. Further details will only be discussed with the selected tenant. No prior evictions will be considered. Application fee is $35 per adult over the age of 18. Owner is willing to show the property to as many people that would like to view it. However, they are only accepting the first 5 families that apply. If one of those families is not selected they will reach out to anyone else that expressed interest. All adults Must be able to provide 6 mos of current paycheck stubs and current W2 if you have it already if not 2020 will work if you are with the same company. A letter from your employer maybe requested if you are unable to provide either. We want to make sure you have enough to cover rent and other expenses related to the property so if that's 2,3 or 4 times the rent so be it. There is no must make 3 x the rent with us. We just want to make sure the rent and maintenance is not above your means.
