620 West Boyd St is currently undergoing some restoration work. Rent now and you can have input on the changes. Very nice and cozy home. Living room, dining room and kitchen are on first floor. 3 bedrooms and one bath are on second floor, and there is also an unheated attic. Electric baseboard heat, but we are installing a 30,000 btu gas heater. The bath is small, but we are completely redoing it. The kitchen has a refridgeator, and stove, and a garbage disposal. The utilities are in Hopewell Properties name and the gas, water and electric bill will be added onto the monthly rent. We will pay for sewer, and trash disposal. Bins will be provided and we will dispose of trash weekly. We would prefer tenant to separate burnable, all recyclable and garbage.
