Rent does not include electric, but it does include WiFi throughput the building. All units are high efficiency units with Lowe-E windows and New insulation throughout. We like to keep our homes clean, so a bi weekly cleaning of the common areas is also included. Small pets are allowed with a nonrefundable $200 one time pet fee.
