I am looking for two roommates to live with me in my townhome located on Orchard Drive in North Salt Lake beginning in September. 3 bed 2.5 bath (two roommates would share a bathroom) 1,622 sqft Built in 2020 $800/month per room, $900 if you'd like a spot in the garage. Preferably a 12 month lease. Utilities to be split between all roommates. Great community with quick access to I-15. Text/call me if you are interested. No smoking, pets, or overnight guests will be allowed. I will require your first month's rent and a security deposit of $1,000 up front. Terminating lease early will require up to two months' rent to be owed to me.
