The master is quite large with a cozy sitting area that has french doors which walk out to the patio. The kitchen of course is the gathering place and has plenty of room for entertaining as well as a walk in pantry. The closets are good sized, two are walk-ins and there is plenty of storage space. The rooms are spacious, the colors neutral, and the location incredible as we are directly across the street from the Milton High School, Northwestern Middle and Crabapple Crossing. The basement is a handyman's dream; framed but unfinished with walk out access to the side yard which would be awesome with the addition of a stone patio for this man cave. Kensington Farms is a charming neighborhood in the heart of Milton within walking distance to the sought after Milton schools and downtown Crabapple. Many of nights we walk to Old Blinde Dog for dinner or ride our bikes to Scoops for ice cream. The folks who live here are active, welcoming, friendly and involved in their community. Throughout the year this neighborhood enjoys many family gatherings and adult outings too. We enjoy football season and the festivities surrounding all Milton sporting events. If you are looking for a neighborhood where you can "do life together" with your neighbors, this is THE place to live. (If you prefer to keep to yourself, they honor that as well.)
