Also, there is a bus route (#196) that travels in front of the building as well that transports to NYC. The monthly rent includes the costs of heat, water and electricity. Wi-Fi is available through us at a separate charge. Your parking space is streetside just outside the building. The lease for this apartment will be for one year. As described earlier, the electric, heat and water is included in the rent. There is absolutely NO SMOKING OR VAPING by the tenant or their guest (s). We are responsible and respectful landlords and expect the same from our tenants. If there is a question or an issue with something within the apt, we can usually attend to it within 24 hours.
