Giant private back deck in the trees. All utilities & wifi included. Once a month cleaning service included. Garbage has to be walked down the driveway. The property sits on 6 acres with the main house but the cottage is completely seperate. The folks are retired, very quiet & kind people. My mother has a horse & loves to garden. We have a horse & a 3-legged cat on the property. No additional pets at this time. This is a 6 month lease only. We are updating the kitchen now & updated photos will go up in October.
