The Red House on Wolfe is a fully furnished comfortable, private home for traveling professionals or others whose temporary housing needs range from 2 to 4 months. For example, it works well as a temporary home while you sell a house or look for one to buy.There's plenty of room for family members and overnight visitors. The house features a 500 square foot exterior deck and visual screens of trees, shrubbery, and a fence. It's located on a dead-end road. Cost of utilities (internet, electricity, water, garbage) is in addition to rent, but it's paid directly to owners, so you don't have to set up your own accounts. Northeast Asheville is the least busy, least crowded, least developed quadrant and quietest in all of the Asheville area. N, S, or W, you will have some traffic jams, at least on the Asheville scale. Since the stay is mid-term in length we will do what's possible to adjust the furnishings in the house to suit your needs. We only live four miles away. Please note that we won't ordinarily show or give a tour of our house until the person has completed an application. So, if you like what you see of the house, ask any questions you might have and then send us a Zillow application. Also, note that we are not open to a long term rental. Thanks! Our place is a home for several species of birds, and a tame wild squirrel. Please give the courtesy of not asking for exceptions to our no pet policy, unless your pet is not a mammal, in which case please do ask! 1-4 months only. Please apply through Zillow. If the application is approved, we will email you a generic lease agreement to look over. A $500 reservation deposit required to hold the place until the move in date. That deposit is non-refundable except at the our discretion, but it will apply to the security deposit. We'll be generous with refunding the deposit, but if we take the place off the market and then you change your mind at the last minute, we probably won't be. First and last months rent and $1000 security depot paid prior to move in. Terms of the lease are that the additional rent payments will be made every month from the tenant's deposit account through Zelle into the owner's bank account. Smoking, vaping, or pets on the property will terminate the lease. See the full lease text for more details. We may adjust any of this above with the agreement of the tenant, if circumstances warrant. Cleaning fee: $187 upon moving out. Tenants/Renters expected to keep the place reasonably clean throughout their stay. We may do an inspection at the end of the first month. We will be responsible for yard maintenance, except for mowing and we have a mower on site.
