Location Location !! This is a no Frills - two bed/2 bath unit very close to Union Square. Bi Level- unit - with living room , one bedroom , eat in kitchen and a full bath in level one - the second level is more attic fee- but has it own living room - bedroom plus a study and a full bath. The entire living space is carpeted except for the kitchen . Kitchen was renovated couple of years ago with granite - dishwasher etc- No laundry access. Move in date is 2/15 could be slightly sooner or later. Disclaimer - This is a budget apartment - Not a fancy apartment in a great location - if you are looking for space and location -it has a quirky layout but a lot of potential. Cats are ok.
