For those who prefer snowmobiling, the ITS trail system is nearby, offering endless exploration opportunities. During the summer, the spacious lot provides ample room for outdoor gatherings. Enjoy evenings around the fire pit with views of the river, or take the provided 2-person canoe down the river to Sebago or Brandy Pond/Long Lake. Remember to bring your life jackets! The cottage is also a short distance from Sebago State Park and Point Sebago golf course. This cottage is dog-friendly with a pet fee of $125. Please note that linens and towels are not provided but are available to rent at our office. The property includes internet access, but there is no cable, DVD, or VCR. A gas grill and outdoor furniture are available for use. Smoking is not allowed on the premises. The water supply is from the river, so guests are advised to bring their own drinking water.
