The spacious bathroom includes a washer and dryer for your convenience. Situated approximately 40 minutes from the vibrant city of Portland, Maine, this cottage provides a perfect balance of tranquility and accessibility. In the winter, enjoy proximity to Pleasant Mountain Ski Resort, just 30 minutes away, and Sunday River Ski Resort, an hour's drive. For those who prefer snowmobiling, the ITS trail system offers endless exploration. During the summer, the generous lot provides ample space for outdoor gatherings. Spend your evenings around the fire pit, taking in the river views, or embark on a canoe adventure to Sebago or Brandy Pond/Long Lake.
