Fully furnished including plenty of pillows and towels/bedding, smart TV, bluetooth speaker, turntable, Google Mini. Kitchen is fully equipped with all the basic cookware and spices. Gas stove, big dining table, two bathrooms (one with tub, one with shower). Shared laundry machines in common area. Courtyard patio. The location is on the top of Munjoy Hill, also called the East End, the most vibrant neighborhood in Portland. We've got the views, the huge grassy park called the Eastern Prom, and even our own beautiful beach. The space is on the ground floor with lots of windows and sunshine, salt air, and cawing seagulls. It overlooks our beautiful perennial garden and patio. Walking distance to everything in Portland you'd want to do: East End Beach & Eastern Prom, Waterfront Trail, the ferry terminal, the Old Port, East Bayside's breweries and restaurants, excellent bakeries and coffee. Available for 7/15-8/31 for $2000/week. Includes all utilities. Plenty of free, unlimited street parking. Pets welcome but must be requested and approved. No smoking, no parties or events. Covid-19 requirements: if you are from ME/VT/NH there are no requirements. If you are from anywhere else, the state requires negative Covid-19 virus test within 3 days of arrival.
