We have a 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit that will be available for rent within the next couple of weeks as it is currently being remodeled on the inside so move-in date is tentative. The rent will be $575. First months rent PLUS a security deposit of $575 will be due before you move in and a nonrefundable application fee of $50. NO PETS are allowed in this unit. Please no smoking (inside unit), drugs, loud noises, disruptions or loud music. You will have close neighbors. All appliances are provided except w/d and hookups for those are available. I am in the middle of creating our website so as for now applications will be sent to an email address and taking application fee's by PayPal. Applications will not be considered or looked at without receiving your application fee! All applicants are subjected to a criminal background check.
