This room, with its leather chairs and comfortable couch is perfect for entertaining, reading or simply relaxing. The couch opens as additional space for sleeping. The cottage boasts a large deck at the front (water facing) overlooking a lovely lawn, a field of lupines and wildflowers and views of the bay, Owls Head and the Breakwater Lighthouse. The deck has seating for four, a bistro set for eating al fresco, and a grill. The kitchen is large and fully-equipped with all modern appliances including a gas stove, dishwasher and refrigerator. The kitchen is open to the dining area and living room so cooks can still interact with the rest of the house a very nice feature. The living room, with stunning views is furnished with two comfortable chairs and a loveseat. A half bath is located off the kitchen. High speed Internet and washer and dryer are available for guest use. Upstairs find a large master bedroom with a king bed and a full row of windows, running the width of the house, overlooking the water.
