This is also a Covid-vaxxed and boosted house. Please note! The photos are from the last time I leased it and it is currently being prepared for rental starting October 1st, so please keep this in mind if a viewing is scheduled. There will be new flooring in the dining room, a new kitchen counter, new bathroom vanity, etc. While this is legally a 3 bedroom, I rent it as a large 2 bedroom with an office. Pets are welcome with a deposit per critter and answering some questions to make sure it is a good fit. There is a senior dog on site who has been known to occasionally alert the neighborhood about pesky wildlife at odd hours.
