Private room for rent $1,200+ utilities. Looking to rent our third bedroom in a 3bd 3bath full furnished duplex in Summit Cove. Available immediately and lease ends 5/30/2026. The bedroom has a shared bathroom with the other bedroom on the top floor, however the renter of the other room uses it as a ski share and is almost never around. He probably won't be around all summer either, so it's mostly a private bathroom. Walking distance to Cofa Coffee, TONS of storage, deck/grill, communal hot tub/sauna, and tons of natural light! W/D in unit! I occupy the master and park in the garage, but there is other parking right outside the house for another car + guest parking, and tons of storage space in the garage for all the gear! Unfortunately no other pets. My cat is quite the only cat, and I'm allergic to dogs A little about me: 26yo, I work from home (made the downstairs area my office), big splitboarder, bike/hike/raft when there's no snow, and love to attend events around Summit! I also have a 7yo cat, and like to keep the house super clean!
