Renovated bathroom with all new fixtures except the cast-iron tub. Hardwood floors are in excellent shape. Lush gardens in front and back, with small pond, vegetable garden, patio, deck, and 6'x16' shed with a living roof. Based on previous valuations by banks and professional appraisers, I believe the value of my home to be $20-30,000 more than Zillow's estimate. This is also supported by a friend in the real estate business. His firm finds Zillow to significantly underestimate home values. Neighborhood Description The neighborhood is very nice and townspeople know each other. It's a mix of working class, artsy, and sophistication. There are always kids and adults walking and riding bikes. Very much a town of old where people get outside and get to know each other. There are several very active community clubs, such as a garden club, art club, historic society, and yacht club. There are also many town activities, like fairs, live music, holiday house tours, and the famous Keyport Garden Walk, which was voted one of the best activities of its kind in the Asbury Park Press.
