Utilities, Wi-Fi, SMART TV and Netflix are included, so feel free to log into your streaming services while staying here! Most houses in Cloudcroft do not have air conditioning because of the great temps, so please note this unit does not as well. Just open the windows and enjoy the cool breeze from time to time :)
