The apartment has 2 spacious bedrooms with sufficient closet space in each one, a tiled bathroom, a laundry room, and an open concept living room/kitchen with granite counter tops and granite tile floors. There is plenty of private parking space. Tenant will not be responsible for any yard work (lawn mowing, snow plowing, etc.). Also, no pets and no smoking within the unit.
