This 2nd floor, 1 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment has the perfect mixture of modern and historic charm. The rooms have high ceilings, hardwood floors and a modern kitchen. The kitchen has granite countertops, there a washer and dryer in the unit and a lovely back porch. The apartment comes with a fridge, stover and washer/dryer. We do not allow smoking or vaping in the building, but we do allow pets that have passed the pet screening process. This apartment is located in the historic district of Williamsport, close to downtown, the hospital and centrally located between both colleges and access to the highway. The lease runs on an automatically reoccurring month-to-month basis. The application is $30 per person aged 18 and older. The rent includes trash, water and sewer. The tenant pays for electric, which is lights, appliances and heat. We do allows pets that have passed our pet screening process which means they are 50 pounds or under, they are spayed/neutered and up to date with all vaccines/shots. There is a one-time fee of $150 and then the pet would be $30 a month. We do require that residents get renter's insurance and we do not allow smoking or vaping in the building.
