Easy access to UVA, Martha Jefferson, PVCC, and I64. Street parking. All utilities and Wifi included. Antenna TV (sorry no cable) Pricing is seasonal. Summer rates are $650 per week, or $1550 per month. Fall rates are $1500 per month. Jan/Feb $1300, $500 per week. There is a $50 discount per month for stays 3 mos or more. A security deposit is required for stays over 1 week. Small, quiet, well-behaved pets considered for a pet fee. Reasonably quiet, clean guests only. No smoking of any kind inside or out.
