Exterior Features: This unit is a single story one family dwelling on crawl space. This unit has three Bedrooms, one Bathroom, Living room, Eat in Kitchen, and Utility area. The Exterior of this unit is T-1-11 wood siding that is starting to rot, showing evidence of ASBESTOS. This unit has two decks. The front deck is wooden (covering a set of concrete steps) in poor condition, with an awning in bad condition (water damage and tarp). The Back Deck is in poor condition. Gutters are damaged and missing in some spots. Roof is a mixture old and new shingles there is water damage. Concrete driveway on the left side of unit with concrete parking area outback, also has alley access. The area around the unit is nice and maintained. Interior Features: Entering this unit through the front door is the Living room with newer Laminate Floating Hardwood floor, walls need re-nailed, and the ceiling needs cleaned. To the right is the hall leading to the bedrooms, this area needs a lot of work there is a hole in the closet ceiling. The Furnace is located in the closet of Bedroom one, the outdated Paneling needs to be re-nailed, ceiling appears to be fine, however carpet is nasty. Bedroom two has the same issues only difference, no furnace in closet. Bedroom three has same issues as other two rooms only difference is Bathroom Access.
