The Woodland Heights was a master planned community developed in the 1910's-1920's. This is one of the "newer" homes built in 1928. There is no comparable neighborhood in Houston as it is ~3 miles from downtown, but feels like a retreat from the city. As soon as you pull into the tree-lined streets, the pace and pulse slow.
