Family room and kitchen / half-bath occupy the main floor- with a deck off the back which fits seating/gas grill. The second floor has a Jack and Jill full bath and large walk-through closet separating two bedrooms (one of which I have used as a home office). The top floor holds the master bedroom with a full bath - including a tub with jets, and a private balcony. The basement doubles as a garage. I have used it as a workout space which allows for one car - though without workout equipment it could serve as a tandem garage. There is significant storage space in the basement and throughout the home. The basement also has a mini-split - which keeps it cool in the summer and warm in the winter. In my experience the neighborhood is fantastic - safe, friendly, social, a few families with kids, a few retirees. The local YMCA - with a pool - is also in walking distance. Two favorites of the home are the hardwood floors and the natural lighting. Both the roof and the HVAC have been replaced in the past year.
