    Freshly painted solarized smart switch enabled home. All of the living quarters reside upstairs and have recently been painted and had new doors installed on all of the bedrooms and the bathroom. This neighborhood has lots of young children with very nice neighbors, Enjoy Entertaining Guests? The back yard has recently been renovated over the past 2 years to have several raised beds and flow that encourages entertaining. We have installed a large fire pit a floating deck, fixed some stone walls, and some cement benches. There is also a deck that spans the entire length of the backside of the house which is great for grilling out and having drinks with friends. Are you a nerd and do you geek out about home automation or renewable energy? The house has a on the grid 6200 watt solar system so your energy bills stay manageable. The house has mostly been installed to have smart switches throughout the property including the basement, some bedrooms, the garage. The garage door can be operated remotely, The thermostat is a nest to allow you to control the house temp remotely or automatically as well. Is it still secret if I tell you about it? In a part of the house there are built in bookshelves I know thats pretty cliche, but one of them open up to a secret bonus room, and a hidden coldroom pantry. The pantry was intentionally heavily insulated to the internal walls to help it stay cool thanks to the exterior facing basement walls. We loved to garden and we did a lot of canning. This pantry as we liked to call it our store came in super handy for storing all of our garden goodies and Costco runs. We only ever went to the store about 4 times a year to replace Costco goodies. Enjoy building stuff or working out? The owners are open to home modifications. The 2 car garage offered plenty of space for building projects and storing goods. With shelving on the 3 exposed walls in the garage it will help keep all of your tools or camping equipment stored away neatly. Bike hooks in the garage if your a cyclist. A mostly unfinished open basement for recreational stuff like working out or turn it into another entertaining area. Renter pays for all utilities which includes internet, water, electricity, and natural gas. Renter can work out an agreement where if they maintain the yard they can take off the going rate of lawn maintenance by a professional. The current contract is 55 dollars per cutting biweekly during the mowing season. There is a yard shed which can store any riding lawnmower. Snow removal will be the responsibility of the renter. It's usually not worth paying for a service. In the past 5 years we've only had 1 really bad year for snow removal and it was 2 years ago. This last year we only had to shovel 2 times the entire snow season. renter is expected to maintain the fire pit, via ash removal. We do have firewood more then 1 cord on premise in the shed, but once it's been gone through the owners are not replacing the firewood.
