This third-floor apartment is fully furnished, has in unit laundry, and includes all utilities just show up with some clothes and let us take care of everything else. Final price depends on the length of stay: Stays of 3 months or less during the summer are $67/day, stays of 3-6 months are $60/day and stays over 6 months are $54/day. Additional cleaning fee of $150/stay not included in monthly rent. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and within 20ft of the building. There is a shared side yard for Guests to use.
