I don't rent to smokers of any kind or drug users!! I also do not rent to people who are not clean, if you dont have a vacuum or intend to get one, dont bother to view or apply to save your time. If you are noisy and curse alot so every one can hear you and believe in keeping it real with rude and disrespectful behavior, you are not welcome. The property is at the end of Mumford street, which is a quiet area with good neighbors. If you have been recently evicted , you are not eligible. It's best to view the apartment before you fill out an application. The unit should be ready by the 5/5 the latest and will be showing then. View before filling an application for rent. * New windows are to be installed early May for living room. This is a 4 plex and freshly painted downstairs unit with laundry onsite; there is a backyard for bar-B-Q . The manager lives onsite! Month to month, new kitchen counter top, and has new carpeting. This is a NO SMOKING BUILDING( Again,I don't rent to smokers of any substance); renter pays electric only and rent. If caught smoking on the property after stating you do not smoke, you will be evicted. I Will work with 1st months rent, however, I need the full deposit. If you are a person who is loud and uses profanity so the entire building and neighbors can hear, enjoy lots of traffic in and out of your units at all hours of the day and do not keep your unit in a clean manner, you do not qualify to be a tenant! I do regular inspections within the first few months to see if tenant is complying with lease. If you are a clean person things are great and no regular inspections.
