Ready for immediate move-in (Although I will be out of the country from 10/29 to 11/10 so move-in will have to take place before or after these dates). This is a basement apartment (we live in the main home above) no pets but might make an exception in the right circumstance. Someone that prefers quiet is also preferred. Shared laundry on site. All utilities are included, including high speed internet (No streaming services or cable). Heating and air conditioning is controlled by us for the entire building but we supply an electric heater and dehumidifier to the renter. This is a no smoking unit. On street parking only.
