You can walk to uptown from this location The unit has all the necessary kitchen appliances (refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher) as well as washer/dryer. There is a fenced in back-yard and yes we are animal friendly. The unit inside is clean and cute. We know its not full of granite countertops and stainless appliances and that's why its priced so affordably. Our long-time tenant is moving so we are looking for someone else who will enjoy being so centrally located and part of our little corner on Cherry Street. The other half of the unit is rented to a wonderful man and its important to us that as neighbors, everyone gets along. Tenant is responsible for utilities as well as lawncare. As mentioned, we are pet friendly. For pets, we add on an additional $250 to the security deposit of one-month's rent (all of which is refundable at the move-out should there not be any damage).
