This house is in a great location and is ready for move in by a qualified tenant. 5 minute walk to Pendleton Elementary. 15 minute walk to Pendleton Town square. 5 minute drive to TCTC Pendleton campus. 8 minute drive to Clemson University. 10 minute drive to SWU. 11 minute drive to Arthrex. Entire house has hard surface flooring: hardwood flooring in 2 of the 3 bedrooms, laminate in the 3rd bedroom, tile in the bathroom and linoleum in the kitchen/breakfast area. House comes with all the appliances: electric stove, dishwasher, fridge and a stackable washer/dryer (there isn't room for side by sides). The overhang at the rear of the property give a nice shady place for sitting or for storing bikes, etc. Parking is on concrete. There is a small (approx 8 x 12) storage shed in the rear of the property for storing tools etc. Utilities are a tenant responsibility: electricity is from Duke, water/sewer/trash are Town of Pendleton and gas is Fort Hill. Heat runs on gas as does the hot water on demand system (never run out of hot water). Tenant is also responsible for mowing the lawn as well as maintaining the landscaping.
