Available for a 1-2 month reservation from September 1-December 1, 2025. Rent includes utilities. First month's rent plus $375 cleaning fee plus $1000 security deposit is due at time of booking. Any damages or excessive departure housekeeping fees, if applicable, will be deducted from the security deposit. This rental is available April-November 2025. Owner will consider one dog with pet deposit of $400. A 5-6 month rental is preferable.
