Cot or inflatable mattress is available to use as a third bedroom. - Bathrooms remodeled in May 2017 with new tub/surround, toilet, floor, paint, lighting. - Kitchen partial remodel in 2023 - new dishwasher, sink, counter, base cabinets, flooring. - New carpet in 2017, new frig, exterior paint, interior paint 2021, new lighting, new cellular blinds, new leather couch, new power recliner. - Front and back decks with fenced yard and sprinkler system.
