Our office process is as follows: If you are interested in viewing the property you need to fill out an application which you can either pick up at our office or I can email it to you. Once the application is filled out you need to bring it to our office with an ID and a $35 application fee for each person that would be on the lease. Then, we can schedule a tour of the home during our business hours (Monday-Friday 9:00-5:00). If you decide you are interested in renting the property then we will run a credit and background check which is what the $35 application fee covers. If you are not interested in the property after viewing it the $35 application fee is returned to you. We follow the order of how the applications are received. Tenant is responsible for mowing the grass and paying all utilities.
