The home is currently being remodeled the downstairs bathroom is unfinished and not usable at this time windows need to all be replaced currently plastic is covering them water line pipes are in need of being fixed and some replaced a few have PVC piping in place of actual copper water pipes. Water is not used at this time because of cold conditions it make break the other pipes due to no heat able to travel down there. No central heat or air. House is also in need of being leveled eventually. Over all good home just needs some work and remodeling and fixing to be what it could be time and money needed to be put into home.
