Big house little price! Nice and quiet home sits on 2 50x100 corner lots. Has a nice park behind the house. Lots of space. It's been a great house to bring my kids up for the last 10 years. It's not perfect and needs some touching up. One room has no carpet thanks to puppies. Downstairs lenolium in hallways needs to be replaced. Already have some of the material. Laundry room lenolium could stand to be replaced as well. Just redid all 3 bathrooms in the last year but only updated 1 of the toilets. Its located 35 miles south of Spokane. Perfect distance if ya wanna get away from the city but not to far. Good schools and public pool only blocks away. Daycare facilities only a block away. It's well insulated. I only use about 3 tons of pellets over the winter. It also has a newer oil furnace but rarely use and a wall a.c. keeps the house cool all summer. Low electric Bill's 11 months out of the year.
