Hello! I am looking for a female housemate for a room in this beautiful, open, sunny 3 bedrooms 1.5 bathroom house on N Cayuga St. The house technically has 3 bedrooms but one of the bedrooms is small and doesn't get a lot of sun, and I am looking for just one housemate for next year. We will have a lot of space and we can convert the third bedroom into a storage area/guest bedroom/office -- whatever we like! Lease starts in August. Rent excludes gas and internet, which usually come to about ~$70-110 per month. Laundry is included we have a washer/dryer in the basement. The location is great, close to downtown, just a few minutes walking to the closest bus stop to get to Cornell. The room is large, comes furnished, includes a closet, and gets a lot of sun. We have a large sitting area, dining area, and a large kitchen. There are great levels of separation between the common living areas and the bedrooms are on the second floor. We have a huge, beautiful attic, and a basement for storage, and a cute porch. This is a great, safe neighbourhood. I am a female Cornell grad student. I am clean and communicative! PM if interested!
