House sits on what was originally a double lot. Where the garage is use to be another house but it was converter to a garage so this area can be split and sold as lot if the new owner wishes. House is 2 bed and 1 bath, the kitchen has antique stove/oven, cabinets are also antique in color and in good condition for the age. The basement is unfinished and about half the length of the upstairs. The yard had a nice synthetic fence, metal roof and the main windows in the house have been replaced with Anderson Windows. There is an inground sprinkler system but it does not work, I messed with it for awhile and came up with the conclusion the previous owner did not blow out the water and now there are broken pipes.
