Brand new kitchen granite countertops, and professionaly cleaned carpet on the second floor. The sliding glass door steps out onto an outside deck. Double sinks in both bathrooms. Each room includes a desk for uninterrupted work or studying, and a smart TV for personal entertainment. Up to 2 dogs allowed - $40/month per dog. No cats. Refundable pet deposit is $500 per dog. Pet throws (provided) for all furniture, including the beds and sofa (even though the sofa has a sofa cover) are required. A refundable deposit and first month's rent are due 7 days before the move-in date. Both full bathrooms are upstairs. There is not a bathroom on the first floor. Tenant(s) must be okay with stairs, as there are stairs up to the front door and both bathrooms are on the second floor. There are two assigned parking spaces. Additional visitor spaces are located in various areas close to the townhome in the same parking lot. Internet is included (400Mbps). Higher internet speeds can be requested, but the tenant is responsible for paying the difference in interpet speed price. Tenant is responsible for all other utilities (electricity, gas, water). Montly pest control maintenance in included, with the option of inside treatment. Starter packs of cleaning products, toiletries, etc are included. Tenant is responsible for providing their own items after the starter packs run out. A basic monthly cleaning is required and included in rent price. This includes cleaning of all common spaces, changing of linens, basic inspections for cleaning purposes. Any excessive cleaning will incur an extra fee charged by the cleaning team.
