Higher internet speeds can be requested, but the tenant is responsible for paying the difference in interpet speed price. Tenant is responsible for all other utilities (electricity, gas, water). Montly pest control maintenance in included, with the option of inside treatment. Starter packs of cleaning products, toiletries, etc are included. Tenant is responsible for providing their own items after the starter packs run out. A basic monthly cleaning is required and included in rent price. This includes cleaning of all common spaces, changing of linens, basic inspections for cleaning purposes. Any excessive cleaning will incur an extra fee charged by the cleaning team.
