I have one room available to rent in my two bedroom townhouse in Davidson, NC. The quick details: -Rent is $550 a month for one room including utilities (all utilities: water, gas, electric, trash and recycling, Internet) -2 bed, 2.5 bath, backyard, parking, great neighborhood, safe, dishwasher, washer/dryer, near Lake Norman and Lake Davidson, near Davidson College and downtown Davidson (Davidson is a small city). -Dog lover needed! More details: The room for rent has its own walk-in closet, bathroom, and ceiling fan. The townhouse is two-stories, and has two bedrooms upstairs, each with their own bathroom attached to the rooms. Also upstairs is a washer/dryer and attic space. Downstairs there is a living room, kitchen, and dining room. The kitchen has all new appliances, including a dishwasher, and beautiful granite countertops. There is a small fenced-in back yard. This townhouse is between two other townhouses, so it feels very private in the backyard, which has tall fences. There is also a grill that you are welcome to use. There is one half-bath downstairs. There is a garage, where I park my car, and where you can store a few things such as a bike if needed, and plenty of free street parking available for you to park. The room is unfurnished. The rest of the apartment is furnished, and you will have full access to the kitchen, living room, dining room, yard, and washer/dryer. No smoking inside the apartment, only in backyard. Dog info, very important: I have one dog, a golden retriever named Jack. He is currently about 4.5 months old. He is very well-behaved. I need a roommate who is a dog lover! I am looking for someone who does not have their own pet. This is because I have a dog door and a cat could definitely escape. Also because my lease says only one dog can live here. My life is dogs. I am a professional dog trainer (which I do not do here at the house, but in Statesville at a business). I also pet-sit and dog walk, and occasionally will pet sit one other dog here at the house. So welcome dog lovers :) Jack is not a big barker, but he is a dog and will occasionally bark if he needs something, so I need someone who understands this so I don't have to worry about it bothering them at all. This is Jack's house as much as it is mine :) My ideal roommate would probably be a female, but I am definitely willing to interview anyone! This place is perfect for a Davidson College student, a young working professional, an artist/creative person. I am quiet and enjoy yoga and meditation. I also love watching movies and going out on the lake. I am looking for an easygoing, chill roommate who will pay rent on time. I am 26 years old.
