Note - because of the location of this unit, this apartment limited natural lighting. It does offer exceptional privacy and excellent temperature control! (cool in summer, warm in winter.) Note - photos don't represent this space very well. Contact me to see it for yourself! No smoking, some pets will be considered, one off-street parking spot plus garage space (shared with another tenant) for storage, shared laundry area, wifi, and directTV. Rent includes all utilities (gas, electric, water, trash, internet, tv). Reasonable pets will be considered but there is a dog on the property already so she gets to make the final decision :-D Rent will be reduced by $100 for single tenant. Please note, because this is a downstairs unit and in a high-density area, you will hear sounds from upstairs but most people don't mind. If you are sensitive to sound, this won't be a good fit for you. That said, my prior tenant was here for 14 years without issue.
