House was built in 2009 open floor plan about 900 sq. ft. of living up stairs. . beautiful kitchen , all new appliances in the last yr.,black ceramic sink & backsplash has a propane gas log fireplace in the living room with blower in addition to the central heat and air,+ 2 ceiling fans ,it has a 12 x 16 deck looking out to the woods..most is always mowed, very clean 2 acres around the house, very private and quiet. glass windows & sliding glass doors looking and out into the woods & onto the deck [ Deck is about 14' above ground] deck has gas grill, swing, and picnic table..house is located on 2.5 acres of beautiful oak trees,on the 2nd of 2 dead end short rd,s... 2 miles from city of ridgetop, about 8 miles to I-65 millersville exit.. 12 miles to I-24 joelton exit. can be downtown Nashville in 30 minutes with light traffic. Goodlettsville and Mall area is about 15 minutes. beautiful setting ,but fast to get to major area,s The garage has 1 full parking space with a long workbench , vise, grinder and a 220 watt air compressor if u like to work on things.. downstairs also has a 2 room apt. that myself and my girlfriend stay in some during the summer months when we r not traveling, we stay in Fl. in the winter[call for details of this)we are in and out during april to the end of Sept. ,easy to get along with. U dont have to be different when we r there as long as u take good care of the place ,we will get along fine. we take 150-200 off the rent the months we r there to cover the water and elec. we use . also the yard has to be mowed ,i have 2 riding mowers and a good weedeater . i do that when im there in the summer , so if u r not comfortable mowing i would have to hire someone to do when im not there . that would b ur expense . thats partly why the rent is low.. . i would also like someone that has some mechanical experience to deal with any small issues, i pay for all parts and a fair wage for ur time for any repairs . i live in fl.so its hard to manage from here my dad now takes care of most repairs Small but lovely,with well built beautiful kitchen 50-50 carpet and wood flooring, great view, all new s.s. & black kitchen ,deep ceramic sink,island , lots of cabinets. 1 garage space, w/remote door & use of a large wookbench and many tools [220 comp.,grinder vice &many tools]
