The home features 1 bedroom and 1 bath with the privacy of a single family home. It has a nice shady side yard and is walking distance to town, the parks, just minutes from the expressway, and 11 miles from campus. Many professionals, retirees, and graduate students have really enjoyed Williamston as their home, due to its safe and pleasant environment. We look for a minimum year lease and ask for employment and credit references.

Minimum one year lease. Tenant is responsible for utilities: electric & gas. Water, sewer, & trash service provided. Tenant is responsible for very minor yard maintenance and snow removal. Application fee is $30 which includes a credit check. Upon approval $150-$200 administrative and cleaning/pet fees are due along with the deposit which is equal to one month's rent.
