House is the former Noble Corner School house which was moved to this lot in 1921. It was lived in for many years but not now. Mostly gutted but it has good bones and a nice fireplace. The bathrooms have been gutted. as well as the kitchen and surrounding area.
Well cannot be tested because there is no power.
Seller had the septic tank pumped out in 2021 so that is how they know what size the tank is.
Deed shows an easement for the
leach-field but the seller believes is all on their land now because of the 2 lots conveyed to them in the deed.
