Female roommate preferred. Space is shared with one female professional (third bedroom is a communal office / bonus room). The Unit: The apartment is bi-level with a ground floor and a basement and was renovated in 2019. The available room is not furnished, basement level, and huge with three closets and a private bathroom just a few steps away. There is also a spare room that is shared with the other tenant that functions as an office space / guest room as needed. There is in-unit laundry, a large kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and off-street reserved parking space at no extra cost. No pets please. Rent is $2,150 a month and includes water and trash. Gas, electric, and internet are separate and average about $100 a month. The neighborhood: The unit is about 3 minutes away from Whole Foods and a 10 minute walk from Trader Joes and Giant. Since it is a block off of H street there are plenty of nearby bars and restaurants. It is also about a 10 minute walk to Union Market.
