Convenient to the river trail and about 1.25 mile walk to the Old Mill District & Amphitheater, you'll be on the west side so you don't have to travel over HWY 97 to get to the mountain, river, shopping, bars, downtown, etc. Each home has it's own utitlitis - AC , gas heat, range, washers & dryers, dishwashers, privately fenced yard and garage. Fully furnished 3 bed/2.5 bath near old mill with AC, fully fenced yard, garage. Available short or long term, utilities depend on lease duration. It's currently set up for Airbnb, so short term I pay for everything (Wi-Fi, cable,AC, gas, water, garbage, and electric). For longer than 30 days, tenants shall pay for gas and electric. 2 king beds and 1 queen. Pets accepted upon approval with non-refundable deposit based on size and type of pet. Cleaning fee ranged from$299- $499 depending on length of stay.
