All persons living on the property over the age of 18 are required to be on lease and fill out their own application. This includes future roommates that may move in after the initial lease is signed. A non-refundable $350 cleaning fee is required, to be paid upon move-in. This cleaning fee is required up front, and will be credited to the tenants account, to be applied to cleaning services at the time that a tenant moves out of the property.
