This apartment is just at the first part of Palmerton just off route 248 and so it is very easy access to Allentown, Lehighton, just 15 mins from the Mahoning Valley turnpike exit. I have a 12k BTU air conditioner that I put in for you in the spring and remove and store in the fall. There is no yard space other than the elevated deck which is behind the property next door. I do own about 2 acres attached to this property that you would be welcome to explore. Looking for quality tenants with great history and FULL documentation.
